Academic Rep of the Week: celebrating Lila Raouf
Academic Reps do one of the most important jobs in the Union: They ensure students have a voice in enhancing their education.
Each week, we’re featuring your reps and the work they’re doing to improve UCL and today, we're recognising the achievements Lila has made across the Department of Education, Practice and Society.
What has Lila been doing for their department?

Lila has recently led an initiative called "Brewing Ideas: A Creative Workshop to Perk up your Dissertation Topic" where she has prepared an outline of how to run these sessions to assist with thinking about essay and research topics. With a turnout of over 80% of attendees out of the 36 persons, the event was a great success in bringing people together to develop their dissertation ideas and generate new ideas.
This is an excellent achievement, having worked hard to ensure the student voice is heard, needs and concerns are represented, and your experience here at UCL is improved. Well done, Lila!
