The Orwell Foundation is hosting Lisa Nandy, MP for Wigan, for the Orwell Memorial Lecture 2022 on the topic of ‘Wigan, the World and Everywhere in Between - How We Build a Country That Works’. We are looking for 2 volunteers to help out on the night: 18:00-20:30 at the Cruciform Building LT1 at UCL on Tuesday 6th December.
Before the event the Volunteers will help us set up the Cruciform LT1, usher guests in, and check tickets. During the event they will help with running the microphones to audience members during the audience Q&A.
