Join a WWE Talent Development recruiter to learn about the pathway from competitive sport to becoming a WWE Superstar. The session will cover what WWE looks for in prospective talent, the recruitment and try-out process, and potential opportunities to train and develop with WWE. There will also be time to ask questions and speak with the recruiter directly. No prior wrestling experience is required.
We’re looking for candidates with athleticism, personality, and a willingness to step outside their comfort zone. We’re also interested in people who have watched WWE and know the product. Above all, we’re looking for people with that “it” factor.
