Welcome to  UCL Muay Thai club's first EVER official womens´only session taking place at the Multipurpose Room (Upstairs in the TeamUCL Gym)!

What to expect:

  • Light Warmup / Cardio
  • Stretching
  • Learning basic techniques (punches, kicks etc.)
  • Combination drills on pads
  • Introduction to Sparring via Sparring Drills

Comfortable/Active clothing  is desirable but not essential - remember to bring a waterbottle!
Equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own!

This session will be led by Muay Thai Club President, Jannelle :)

Please note you will need a Standard membership and Ticket to participate in training this sessions training.
