Description of class: Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines the grounding and strength building elements of Hatha yoga with the breath led, flowing movement of Vinyasa. In this class, you'll explore a mix of steady postures and dynamic sequences that build flexibility, strength and focus, all while moving mindfully with your breath.
