UCL Barbell Club is hosting taster sessions for all UCL students to learn about Powerlifting!
What is powerlifting?
It is a strength-based sport that consists of 3 barbell weighted movements: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Additionally, these three movements are very common in the gym even if you are just casually training. So, whether you just want to get stronger or you want to compete at a high level, come along to the powerlifting taster session to learn everything you need to know about powerlifting!
