Hatha Flow is the branch of yoga that concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels 

Equipment: A yoga mat or towel.

Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts.
