Come along for a free one hour introduction to pole! 

Participants will be shown some introductory conditioning elements and two introductory spins (a front spin and a back spin). The class will have a chance to learn both moves isolated and then will be shown how to put the two together. This class is beginner friendly and no previous experience is required. 

Venue: Lewis Building Dance Studio, 1st floor.

What to wear: Please bring a water bottle with you. Please wear clothes that allow you to move freely, expose the back of your knee and allow you to stretch. If you would like to wear pole leggings for your class you are welcome to borrow some, contact us at [email protected] and we will get some sorted for you.
