Beginner friendly pole fitness taster session! This session will start with the basics and work its way up to simple spins in a friendly and supportive environment. No prior experience with pole fitness is required just a willingness to be challenged and have fun!

Shorts and a T-shirt are advised to be worn in order to have skin contact to grip you to the pole (alternatively leggings are fine as long as they can be rolled above the knee). Please don’t moisturise on the day of the session and make sure to remove all jewellery.
