Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates will help to elongate your body, improve your posture, breath and increase coordination, control and body awareness. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
