Discover the world of Stand Up Paddle Boarding on Lee Valley's crystal clear lake and have fun or relax whilst you paddle with fellow postgraduate students.
The experience will last for 60 minutes; this includes a safety brief and kit distribution with up to one hour on the water. No previous experience is necessary - just turn up and test your balancing skills! Once you’ve been fully briefed by one of the instructors, you’ll be ready to get started!

Essential information
What to wear: You'll need your swim suit and a towel along with a minimum of shorts and t-shirts (covering your shoulders, tummy and tops of your legs), along with closed toe shoes such as trainers. Wetsuits are available to hire for a fee, although not mandatory to wear

Wetsuits and wetboots aren't included and they're not mandatory to wear, but they're available for hire at an additional cost of £5 per Wetsuit and £3 for boots
