Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. 

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels but be prepared to have a good workout!

Equipment: A water bottle to stay hydrated!

Joining Instructions: You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom.  Once you’ve purchased your ticket, the link to the class will be in the confirmation email.
