This interactive workshop will explore what makes a great coach, how to create a clear vision they buy into, and how to have the conversations that keep everyone moving in the same direction. From managing expectations and navigating challenges to building strong relationships, you'll leave with practical tools to help your coaches thrive and make an even bigger impact on your members. 
 
This training is aimed at club presidents, treasurers and captains, but we encourage committee members whose roles involve working with coaches to attend.
