'Sports Club culture' is the hot topic in higher education, driven by BUCS, the national membership body for almost all competitive university sport. At a recent BUCS Club Culture Summit, examples from across the sector showed how negative cultural markers drive students away from sport, and at worst, leads to injury and death. For some institutions, clubs and teams, there is an ever-present cycle of behaviour that harms students.

Is that the case at UCL? We don't think so, but we don't know for sure. This workshop is a preventative step, to promote the best of club inclusivity, and get ahead of any 'club culture' issues before they become national headlines. Join Tommy for a reflective workshop on the conversations in the sector, and what they mean for TeamUCL clubs. Come along to help lead the conversation on what club culture means to you and for UCL.

This workshop is for club committee members.
