ARE YOU READY for our last academic talk of the year, featuring Dr Joseph (Jo) Lam, who is a research fellow at UCL.

This talk will explore ethical and legal questions surrounding the collection, ownership, and use of health information in an increasingly data‑driven healthcare system.

Dr Jo Lam is a health data science researcher with expertise across longitudinal population studies and large-scale linked administrative datasets. He specialises in developing and evaluating data linkage frameworks, with a particular focus on equity, transparency, and fairness across ethnic and social groups.
