UCL Obstetrics & Gynaecology Medical Society x Youth MedAid annual Hackathon

Youth MedAid is a CIC that is student led and focuses on a few things, but also focus on the redistribution of unused or expired medical equipment to lower income countries through donation and also focuses on global health education through talks and events.

The Hackathon is a one-day event that is aimed at students and early career professionals, who discuss and come up with real-world solutions to global health problems in a competition-style format. There is a panel of judges who choose which team deserves to win the prize!! In previous years, the themes have been global health, conflict, and inclusion health. This year's theme will be Global Maternal Health. The event will happen on the 14th of March from 10 am-4 pm.
