"How do we bridge the gap between research, practice and policy using behavioural science frameworks and methodologies?

In this talk, Dr Emma Gibson, co-founder of The Behavioural Scientists, will talk about her journey into behavioural science, which began with a passion for understanding human behaviour and its implications for health outcomes.

Emma will share insights from her education and early career experiences, highlighting how these shaped her commitment to translating research into practice and policy. She will also discuss current challenges and opportunities in behavioural science with an overview of key theories, frameworks, and models from health psychology and implementation science that can facilitate effective translation of research into practice.

This seminar will be structured a little differently to our previous ones, following a podcast format instead of a set presentation. We are opening the floor to you so you can send any questions you may have related to the above outline, or give us ideas for topics you would be interested in hearing more about via this link.
