Session Details:
Explore skull base and nasal anatomy through an immersive workshop covering the principles of transsphenoidal surgical approaches and the management of epistaxis. Participants will develop an understanding of surgical corridors, anatomical landmarks, and stepwise management strategies for both elective and emergency scenarios.
Each session is delivered by surgical trainees and offers:
- Practical exposure to skull base and nasal procedures
- Anatomical orientation relevant to neurosurgery and ENT
- Guided practice with real time expert feedback
- A certificate upon completion
Who can attend?
Open to all UCL medical students, no prior surgical experience required.
What to bring:
All equipment and materials will be provided. Please wear suitable clothing for a clinical skills setting.
