This online webinar is designed to support you if you're living in private rented accommodation, helping you understand your rights and where to find reliable information and support.

Whether you’re renting for the first time, living in an HMO, or unsure if your accommodation meets the required standards, this session will give you clear, practical guidance.

  • Tenancy agreements - what to look out for, what your landlord must provide, and what your agreement should include.
  • Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) - what counts as an HMO, additional protections for tenants, and what standards landlords must meet.
  • Finding accommodation - how to start looking
  • Being alert to scams - how to avoid being scammed
  • Support - where you can find additional support and advice
