Are you interested in pursuing a PhD in cancer research? Would you like to network with students interested in pursuing a similar path? We have invited 3 PhD students from the UCL Cancer Institute and Francis Crick to give a series of inspiring talks on their research, and advice for undergraduates interested in pursuing cancer research.
They will be sharing all about their academic and career journeys, advice, and guidance on securing research internships and mentorships as an undergraduate, and you will have an opportunity to ask all your burning questions about their work, personalised advice on securing student lab placements and other work experience opportunities, and more!
There will also be a networking session where you will get to know the speakers and fellow student attendees more closely, exchange insights and advice, have good academic and intellectual discussions, and build meaningful connections!
