Get ready to go on a run through one of London's most beautiful heaths!
Whether you're looking to get your adrenaline going or you want to explore more of London's beautiful nature, the Hampstead Heath parkrun offers both and so much more. Hampstead Heath is a wild park of woodland and meadows, tucked inside north London’s Zone Two - less than four miles from the centre, though you’d never know it. It sprawls over 800 acres and boasts some of the most spectacular views in the city.
Taking place on Saturdays at 9am, the parkrun is a 5K route suitable for everyone from advanced runners to casual walkers. Come join us as we take part in one of the most popular running events in the UK!
The course is across woodlands paths and concrete and some sections may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain, so if the weather is looking a bit grey make sure to dress accordingly!

Timings
Meet us at 8:00am in front of the student centre, from there we'll head to the Hampstead Heath Parkrun starting point on the tube together. After the run, we’ll make our way to Euphorium Bakery for a well-deserved coffee and pastry. We hope to see you there!
