Discover Project Active’s Mat Pilates class!

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor who will check your ticket sent to your email. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your class!
A 60-minute beginner friendly Pilates class which will include a warmup, main workout, and cool down. Options will be provided for each exercise to suit all levels. The class will be focused on building muscular strength & endurance, stability, and flexibility & mobility whilst incorporating the six key principles of Pilates: breathing, centring, control, precision, flow, concentration.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.
Instructor: Victoria Xu-Tang
Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in!
Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
Following your Pilates class unwind with a guided painting session led by artist Emily Swan, hosted by artsUCL.
