Speaker information:

Max is a Client Director in the Innovation and Behavioural Science team at Kantar. He has over six years experience working in innovation, insights and applied behavioural science where he focusses on applying data-led approaches to consumer-centric thinking. Max has provided behavioural science and innovation expertise for the likes of Unilever, Reckitt, PepsiCo, Diageo, J.P. Morgan and Burger King. He has also been lucky enough to develop new, in-house approaches: from applying behaviour change models to digital conversational data, to building a government-backed Proof of Concept to protect vulnerable people in real-time across online financial journeys.
