Join us for a special £3 class, open to everyone, even if you’re not yet a member! This beginner-friendly session is designed to offer a taste of our inclusive, supportive environment where you can relax, meet new people, and try out yoga at a comfortable pace. It’s a perfect opportunity to see if our club aligns with you before committing to a full membership. 

Mats will be provided—all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.

About Erika

I have been doing gymnastics and dancing since I was 5 years old, growing up I also fell in love with philosophy and spirituality, so yoga has found its way into my life very naturally and has been part of my journey for a long time. 

My yoga philosophy is to observe my body, my breath and my mind. First step to any change is awareness and acceptance of the present moment. 

I teach Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.  I love dynamic flows that strengthen muscle groups, deep stretching exercises, and intuitive movements.
