Either your president or treasurer must attend one of our Welcome Back Briefings in order for your club/society to be allowed a stall at Welcome Fair. If neither your president or treasurer can attend any of these sessions, another member of your group, who will be a stallholder at Welcome Fair, can attend in your place.
You should only attend on behalf of one club or society. If you wish to attend on behalf of more than one club or society, please contact us to explain why. This will only be allowed if nobody else is available to attend.
These sessions will be held online and will include important health and safety information you need to know ahead of Welcome Week.
This is the final chance to attend a Welcome Back Briefing. If you do not attend one of these briefings, your group will not be permitted to attend Welcome Fair.
Once a ticket as been booked, you'll receive an email with the details to join the meeting. You’ll need to join the session on a device with a webcam, as the camera will need to be switched on for the duration of the session.
The session will take approximately 2 hours, and there will be time for you to ask questions at the end. Sessions will start promptly, so please join the call at least 5 minutes before the session begins so your attendance can be registered. You'll need to stay for the full duration of the session.
