Its that time of term, we're running another WTNB social, this time with #LondonGang (hosted at UCL). We at Pokesoc are aware that in communities such as our own, women transgender people and non-binary people can be heavily underrepresented, and so we have been running these chill socials specifically to give these groups of people a safe space to share their nerdy hobbies! We believe we have come a long way since the launch of these events in 2022/23, with the majority of our committee being made up of people identifying with these groups as well as vastly increasing numbers among members too!
This event will be running slightly later than our usual wednesday events, taking place 6pm-9pm, this is to allow our friends in KCL, LSE, ICL and QMUL to get to us without having to rush around.
Please remember that this event is only for those who identify as women, transgender and non-binary. If you have any questions or quieries regarding this, don't hesitate to get in touch as we are more happy to have a chat about this.
