Menopause is often misunderstood, under-discussed, and surrounded by stigma. At our Menopause Café, we’re creating a welcoming space for open conversations, support, and shared experiences.

The evening will begin with an informational talk by Joanne Smith (Institute of Women's Health) on menopause, providing key insights into its effects, challenges, and the importance of awareness. Following this, we’ll transition into a Menopause Café - a relaxed, informal session where attendees can chat over refreshments, share their thoughts, and build connections in a supportive environment.

Whether menopause feels far away or is a present reality, this event is for everyone who wants to learn, support, and engage in meaningful discussions.

Expect warm conversations, chocolate cake, and a strong sense of community. Feel free to bring your own tea, coffee, or biscuits to make the café experience even more personal!

Join us in breaking the silence around menopause. Let’s talk, listen, and uplift each other.
