Learn how to develop and improve your departmental or academic-related society with our first ever dedicated training session! In this session we'll be covering:
- Opportunities across the Union and UCL to get involved with
- How to make your society more accessible and community-focused
- Top tips for planning big events like end-of-year parties, boat balls, and conferences
- Funding and other resources to utilise
- All the support that's available to you throughout the year
- Development levels and how to get your society a Gold Award
There will also be a chance to network with other societies, as well as meeting staff in the Union who can support you with your plans for the year!
This session is for any committee member in a departmental or academic-related society, and you only need to attend one of the two training sessions!
