Serna Bio is building the first map of the druggable transcriptome, opening up the universe of RNA biology to small molecule drug discovery. Using an AI-powered platform, they are developing a pipeline of first-in-class specific drug-like small molecules for classically undruggable proteins and lncRNA targets.
Dr. Harini Srinivasan is a Principal Scientific Associate [Computational Biologist] at Serna Bio with over 10 years of research experience in academic institutions, health care organizations and pharmaceutical companies. With a background in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, she has played an important role in building the target identification platform and a proprietary database of transcriptome wide, functional RNA structures. In addition, she leads the development of robust computational pipelines for analyzing the functional datasets that play a crucial role in identifying key target-compound pairs for progression towards drug discovery.
