CalSoc is a society based around reeling, a form of social folk dance originating in Scotland. However we also celebrate Scottish culture in general at the university. Join us for a beginner-friendly taster session, designed to give newcomers an idea of what reeling and CalSoc is all about, and how easy it is to pick up and enjoy!
Can't attend either of our Taster Sessions? No worry! We are always happy to welcome newcomers into the society at any time. Most of our sessions are very beginner-friendly anyway :D
