LifeLine Projects focuses on the most vulnerable young people in society, those on the edge of serious youth violence or poor mental health. Through 1-2-1 mentoring, positive activities and holiday programmes we work with those young people to become agents for change within their communities. We work in a holistic way with the vulnerable young people, their parents and the communities they live in. We support our work through government contracts and trading as a social enterprise. We share our expertise on a national basis through Faith Action, the national network for faith and society.
