LMK stands for Let Me Know www.LMKLetMeKnow.org, and we are an education charity running workshops to prevent domestic violence, relationship abuse and sexual violence. We offer free workshops to schools, charities, youth groups and community organisations that form a prevention programme where young people are taught to spot and stop unhealthy relationship behaviours in themselves and others, using the 10 Signs framework (www.justletmeknow/10-signs). We cover practical lessons on 'setting boundaries', 'consent' and 'breaking up safely from an abusive relationship'. We give them the tools and confidence they need to speak out, seek help and keep themselves and their friends safe. These skills not only empower and equip young people to have healthy relationships during their teen years but also embed behaviours and expectations that are carried through into adult life.
