Double Exposure aims to empower individuals who have experienced homelessness through providing them with a creative platform for self-expression. In doing so, we hope to aid them in regaining self-confidence and become the narrators of their own stories. Our project aims to expose two facets of homelessness: the unspoken realities and the potential that can be realised if people were supported rather than marginalised. This year, the project consists of a series of creative workshops. Sessions will be focusing on photography, creative writing and figurative art. This will culminate in an exhibition openly displaying the participants’ creative works.
