Compass Wellbeing, as a health-oriented community interest company, has a focus on tackling health and social inequalities and benefiting the local community. We are a ‘not for profit’ social enterprise that invests our resources in to training, resilience building and enhancing the voice of our local communities.

Our mission is to improve quality of life, tackle social inequalities and make a difference to life opportunities in our communities.

Compass Wellbeing supports delivery across other organisations by providing project management resources, tools, and techniques.

We work with local and national voluntary & community sector organisation in building their resilience by providing bespoke support that aims to tackle continuing challenges faced within the Third Sector environment.

We work with marginalised groups including those people who are affected by mental health problems and those who do not have the same opportunities as others. We offer a programme of support for a range of organisations including small or very small groups/ charities so that they can continue, in turn, to support the communities with which they work into the future.

Many small charities and groups of volunteers provide an essential support service to discreet local populations. Such groups operate at the grass roots of our society and struggle for support, both financial and in kind, often serving populations within BAME communities or which are vulnerable, socially isolated and disconnected such as those with enduring mental health problems or support needs.
