City Harvest is a ‘food redistribution charity.’ We rescue nutritious surplus food from manufacturers, suppliers, producers and retailers, and deliver over 1 million meals every month, for free, to 350+ London charities feeding those facing food poverty.
Volunteer roles with City Harvest are critical to our impact. For every hour you volunteer, City Harvest is able to deliver enough food for 530 meals. Without the time and support of our volunteers, we simply could not do this!
