Maiden Lane Community Centre
Maiden Lane is a vibrant community centre in Camden.  Our users come from Maiden Lane, Agar Grove and St. Pancras Way Estates, Elm Village and Camden Square and some activities attract users from across Camden. The Centre provides services and activities for everyone in our community, catering for a wide range of interests and age groups.
Description

As a volunteer with Maiden Lane Community Centre you will join a dedicated team to help run the Centre and our programme of activities for young people.  Your contribution will be highly valued and we will always consult with you about what activities we provide and how our services are delivered.

Duties

This depends on the role and the activities you agree to help us out with - we're particularly keen for UCL student volunteers to support us with our youth work programme.

Who will the volunteers be working with?
Other volunteers, staff and the young people who use our centre
Training
We always encourage our volunteers to undertake training and link up with local networks that provide support. In this way we hope your experience of working with us will give you new skills and help you find paid employment in your chosen field.

Time commitment

One session a week would be ideal - complete our short application form and we'll be in touch with more details.
