Description

The UCL Centre for Languages & International Education is looking for volunteers to show groups of undergraduate students around campus and the local area, and to answer their questions about studying at UCL.  All the students are from China.  They are at UCL for a short course in English language, academic skills and British culture.

Duties

Volunteers will follow instructions on where to take the students. They will take a group of around 15 students around campus and the local area, answering any questions that may arise from the tour.

Who will the volunteers be working with?
International students studying on a short course at the UCL Centre for Languages & International Education. The activities will be overseen by a UCL lecturer.
Training
The volunteers will receive an information sheet with information abut the tour.

Time commitment

Volunteers are needed on one or both of the following dates:
Tuesday 14th January
Tuesday 4th February

From 2pm for approximately 1 and a half hours
