Description
The University Tour Coordinator will co-ordinate and manage our annual University Tour, organising and planning logistics of the events and ensuring the talks are successfully carried out. They will need to have excellent organisational, marketing and communication skills. Experience in university society event planning would be ideal.
Duties
- Work with the University Engagement Lead and Student Ambassador co-ordinator to plan, organise and manage the annual Romildamor Foundation University Tour
- Collaborate with the University Engagement Department to plan and organise logistics for the University Tour and promote Tour strategy and attendance
- Attend briefing and strategy sessions with the University Engagement Department to discuss and develop the vision of the ROMILDAMOR University Network
- Commit a minimum of 6 hours a week
