Not Just Football
Not Just Football aims to provide sport recreation and physical activities for all. We intend to: - Have sports and physical activities for young people and senior citizens - Promote and facilitate minority sports - Provide sports and recreation education and training opportunities for all - Provide sports therapy and sports medicine support for those who have limited finances

The aim is to be a part of Sports Science and Medicine Team that supports Woodford Town Football Club which plays in the Essex Senior League. The club currently has a 1st team, Reserve squad and U.18 youth team.

We are currently looking a medical students to work alongside Sports Therapy and Sports Science Students to attend and support the Weekly drop in Clinic, as well as coming in on match days to support the players as part of the matchday preparation. There will also be opportunities for Students to travel with the team to away matches as well as home games.

Time commitment

The volunteer would be available on the weekday evenings to attend clinic at Ashtons playing fields. Also matches would be on weekends, and midweek evening games on alternate Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday nights.
