We run services from Monday to Saturday weekly e.g. supplementary education classes, accredited adult classes ICT,Functional English and Maths, Early…

We're looking for UCL students to apply to support and mentor children with their English and Maths homework, to develop their reading skills, help them gain self-confidence and improve their future prospects.

Our Saturday School programme aims to raise the aspirations of young people and adult learning in the community by providing them with the opportunity to learn and broaden their knowledge by providing one-to-one support for a child, adult and families here in London.

This is a great opportunity to raise aspirations, support others and make a difference through volunteering.

Time commitment

Our sessions take place every Saturday - we're flexible about regularity and can discuss a level of commitment that works for both of us.
What measures have you put in place to ensure volunteers’ safety during COVID-19?
We're starting these sessions again in-person in May 2022 and will ensure we do so in-line with current government guidelines relating to COVID-19.

This organisation is one of our community partner organisations.

Like all volunteer recruiters we work with, they have signed up to our service standards, agreeing to abide by our policy on partnership working.

In addition, the team here at Students’ Union UCL Volunteering Service is here to support you throughout your volunteering journey – you can get in touch at any time with any questions, queries or problems you encounter.
