Description

Khadys Dream is a rapidly growing crime prevention charity dedicated to working with young people and schools in Camden. Over the past year, we have positively impacted over 5,000 individuals through our innovative programs aimed at preventing crime and supporting youth in making informed life choices.

Our programs, like the "Before You Commit" initiative, provide young people with critical insights into the criminal justice system and the real-life consequences of criminal activity. By educating youth on these often-misunderstood aspects, we aim to prevent crime before it happens.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate volunteer to help us enhance our current methods of gathering feedback and data from the young people and communities we serve. Your work will be instrumental in improving how we assess the effectiveness of our programs and in refining our impact measurement processes.

Duties
  • Review Existing Tools: Analyse our current questionnaires and feedback forms to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Literature review: conduct research on the best practices for measuring impact in programs focused on young people, particularly in the areas of education, skill development, and informative workshops.
  • Design Enhanced Surveys: Develop new and improved survey tools that better capture the impact of our programs, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and relevance to our beneficiaries.
  • Pilot New Tools: Work with our team to pilot the new surveys, ensuring they are easy to understand and effective in gathering the necessary data.
  • Analyse Feedback: Help analyse the responses to refine the tools further and ensure they provide actionable insights.
