We’re here to help you do more at UCL, we’re the place where more happens. We’re your route to more than 360 Clubs and Societies, countless volunteering opportunities, part-time jobs that fit around your studies, events, great places to eat, drink and chill in, an Advice Service when you need it, and if you want to make lasting change at UCL…

Project Active offers beginner friendly, inclusive activity to all UCL students, predominantly targeting women, students from black and minority ethnic backgrounds and our postgraduate students. The Project Active programme includes a range of low-cost weekly classes, social leagues, challenges, and taster sessions. Project Active offers six weekly classes ranging from Yoga to Dance Fit and engaged nearly 2000 students in the 2021/22 academic year.

Project Activators are students at University College London who are enthusiastic about developing and promoting Project Active to their peers and are interested in motivating inactive students. They will be the face of Project Active within the university and create a friendly and welcoming environment for all students. Project Activators do not need to be part of sports clubs, nor do they need to be qualified, they just need to be committed and interested in engaging fellow inactive students.
