Little Village makes a big difference to families with babies and young children living in poverty across London. Via our network of baby banks we pass on loved goods from one family to another – clothes, toys and equipment – so that many more babies and young children have the essential things they need to thrive.

Keen to volunteer, but don’t have the time each week?
We have one-off volunteering opportunities available at our Tooting, Brent (Wembley) and Camden hubs, and at our warehouse in Wandsworth.
These days are a great way for you to volunteer in your local community without needing to sign up each week.
Duties
Whether you’re an expert organiser or looking for a way to give back to the community, we welcome you. You will sort and organise pre-loved items, destined to become beautiful bundles for the families we support, through our work as a baby bank. It’s a chance to connect with like-minded people in a warm and friendly environment.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
A team of volunteers from a range of backgrounds and our staff who will support.
Training
No experience required! All training and induction will be provided on the day.
We know that it can be tricky to find the time every week, so we have recently launched one-off volunteering days at our Tooting, Brent (Wembley) and Camden hubs, and our warehouse in Wandsworth. You can sign-up to attend one shift and the timings vary per hub but are generally around 5 hours.
