Purpose of Role
- Provide information and support to clients via phone and email, who need one to one support with form filling, admin, grant applications and/or need to be signposted or referred for further support to our partner services.
- Enable clients to have access to information and practical support from AUKI’s services.
- Undertake research work of services within the community and link clients to relevant support.
- Undertake data entry duties.

Training
Training will be provided.
Time commitment
Due to the extensive training involved we require a minimum commitment of at least 4-6 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
