Description

We work with rough sleepers & those vulnerably housed in Tower hamlets. The kitchen provide breakfast & lunch to our clients from Monday- Friday. Volunteers will help out preparing & serving these meals. 

 

Duties

Catering Volunteers assist in the kitchen alongside our chefs. This role will include helping to prepare hot food, chopping vegetables, cooking etc. And then serving our clients during breakfast or lunch service, taking the time to greet and engage with our guests. The vast majority of our food is cooked using fresh ingredients that have been donated requiring us to be very creative with the menu every day. Some of our food also grown right here on our roof garden!

Basic H&S & induction
We will provide you with a level two in food safety

Time commitment

2-3 hours once a week between Monday- Friday on a set shift
