ROMILDAMOR Foundation is a Human Rights NGO that works to support Survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence with Legal and Holistic support to help them reintegrate safely back into society. Our mission is to show Love in Action by Transforming Exploited Survivors into Empowered Women.
We are looking for volunteers to support the Social Awareness Department in organising our external events such as our Legal and Pro-Bono Summits, our quarterly wellbeing events for our clients (survivor's of Human Trafficking, and our Lunch and Learn and Webinars hosted at Companies (Firms, Banks and Businesses)).
Duties
The specific duties depend on the event you are put in charge of, but may range across the below:
- Work directly with the Social Awareness Supervisor and Manager at the start of the year to develop the strategy for the quarterly wellbeing activities for the year, as well as the Legal and Pro-Bono Summits, and our Corporate Events.
- Liaise with our partner charities and survivors to communicate the dates and logistics for the Wellbeing events, and maintain a good relationship with our partner charities for future events.
- Liaise with Companies, Businesses, and Vendors to arrange the logistics for the Wellbeing events.
- Liaise with Companies (Firms, Banks and Businesses) to arrange the dates and logistics pertaining to the Founder giving seminars at these Corporations and build good rapport with the Companies.
- Collaborate with the Sponsorship Team to secure sponsorships for the events and put together LoveBoxes (goodie bags) for the survivors.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team to capture content from the Wellbeing event.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team to capture content from the different events

Training
An induction session will be arranged with our HR team. You will also have regular check-ins with your manager.
Time commitment
6 hours/week. Tasks will be both remote and in-person.
