African Community School provides inclusive services to local adults, children and families living on low incomes, supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve and develop new skills in the community. 

We want to develop more effective mechanisms to capture the impact of our work. We are seeking a dedicated team of students to design an evaluation model that is culturally specific and captures qualitative as well as quantitative outcomes, to demonstrate the depth of our impact. This will enable us to improve the quality of our funding applications and sustain the longevity of our organisation.  

Duties
  • Conduct scoping of relevant evaluation models and mechanisms. 
  • Design evaluation model with input from African Community School. 
  • Review and adapt the model in line with feedback. 

Time commitment

Weekly progress is expected, but specific hours will be decided with volunteers. Students can be flexible with their hours around their studies.
