ROMILDAMOR is a Women's Rights Organisation that works to pioneer against various forms of social injustice faced by women and girls across the globe.

The Corporate Outreach Coordinator will play an essential role in expanding the ROMILDAMOR Foundation's network of corporate partners.

This role will focus on researching organisations that align with the foundations’ mission, initiating conversations with crucial members within target organisations, and pitching opportunities for collaboration through fundraising and the EmpowerHer Campaign. This role will also involve fostering existing relationships the foundation has with corporations to support long-term partnership development. 

Duties

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching companies that align with ROMILDAMOR Foundation's mission 
  • Identifying key decision makers within CSR, ESG, HR and Community teams 
  • Preparing personalised outreach emails and LinkedIn messages 
  • Scheduling introductory meetings with prospective partners 
  • Supporting development of partnership proposals and presentations 
  • Tracking outreach activity and partnership progress  
  • Following up with organisations after meetings 
  • Working closely with the wider engagement team to foster partnerships and promote engagement events 

Time commitment

Role Duration:
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 4-7 hours per week; Initially 12 months, with the possibility of extension upon review
