Healthwatch Waltham Forest
Current volunteering Opportunities

Volunteers play a vital role in helping people have their say in health and social care. Volunteering with Healthwatch Waltham Forest can help you develop skills, gain experience and make a difference in your community.

Why volunteer with us?

We believe that everyone is unique and has something valuable to contribute, from sharing life experiences, skills, and knowledge, to untapped talent and the willingness to make a real difference in society. You do not need any qualifications to volunteer with us. Just a willingness to listen and talk to a range of individuals, an open mind, and a desire to raise the voice of local people.

As an outreach and engagement volunteer, you will help us to engage with members of the public in a professional mannercapture patient and public stories and involve members of the public in current Healthwatch Waltham Forest projects. This role is ideal if you like talking and interacting with people, are passionate about the voice of the local communities, and believe in equality.
