Want to help newly arrived young people learn English and improve their confidence?

Can't commit to regular volunteering?

Then why not, spend some time collating and resources relevant, fun and useful resources for the young people to use at Dost ESOL/ Homework classes.

Gain skills in lesson planning, class preparation and differentiation.

Duties
  • To search for and collate reading, workshop materials for different levels of ESOL speakers - from Pre E1 to Level 1.
  • To put together or create resources to be used in informal ESOL/ Homework classes at Dost.
  • To put resources together in an easy and organised way, so that they can be used as part of our relaxed, drop in class with learners of all abilities.
Training
No training required.

Time commitment

Can work from home/ UCL/ online to resource, collate or make resources suitable to use with 13-19 year olds, learning English as a Second langauge.
