Description

To teach disadvantaged children how to read using a fast proven effective method.

Duties

To teach children how to read

To supervise a classroom

To communicate effectively with children and their parents

Who will the volunteers be working with?
They will work with children aged 5-12
Training
We'll give you the training to outline the key aspects of the role and how to carry them out; in addition, you will be continually supported throughout your post.

Time commitment

Every Saturday morning from 09:30 to 12:30 during school term time only. We would love for you to commit to at least a whole school term.
